A portfolio with different audiences

MINNeSTAY serves travelers exploring Minnesota vacation rentals and property owners considering management. Its public website separates guest support, rental discovery and the owner-facing List with Us journey. The rental navigation includes interests such as waterfront stays, family-friendly homes, pet-friendly properties and city lofts.
That is a useful design challenge: a visitor might begin with a destination, an amenity or a general idea of the trip. A portfolio website needs several meaningful ways in, while keeping the next action understandable at each stage.

Discovery is part of the content

The homepage pairs property discovery with editorial context. Search controls ask about dates, guests and amenities; category navigation offers a different route into the collection. The public experience also presents a Describe Your Vibe prompt, giving travelers a place to express what they want in their own words.
The interesting pattern is the relationship between browsing and intent. Imagery helps a traveler imagine a stay, while categories and property information help narrow the choice. Guest services and owner information address different needs, so they should remain easy to distinguish from the booking journey.

A hospitality example in the platform family

MINNeSTAY is part of the platform’s hospitality work. Conversated is the broader platform; StayWorks is its vacation rental vertical. A rental website adds operational questions around property information, availability and booking that extend beyond a simple service-business inquiry site.
For a business considering its own launch, the transferable idea is to organize around real visitor intentions. Start with what people are trying to choose, then connect the content and next step. A hospitality deployment has its own scope and integration requirements; this example does not make those capabilities part of every base website project.

Your business could be next.

The first 30 qualifying lead generation and qualification customers receive free white-glove onboarding, a $5,000 value. An ongoing platform subscription is required: $100/month or $1,000/year, with the whole team included.
We agree the initial scope before production: brand direction, an initial website using existing assets, one customer-facing agent, and a defined inquiry intake and handoff. Bring your business facts, usable assets and an empowered reviewer.
For prepared projects with agreed scope, we target a morning kickoff and a first review by the end of that production day. Publication follows your approval and domain readiness. Custom integrations, commerce and development are scoped separately.
