One Moment Please...

Welcome to Conversated, the intelligence hub from Humble Good. This site explains how putting one system at the heart of your business — site and content, customer records, conversations, marketing, knowledge and analytics, with AI across all of it — shortens the distance between what you learn and what you do next. The main navigation has How It Works and Get Started. Get Started has a short form followed by a scheduler to book an onboarding call.

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Humble Good (Space3 LLC dba Humble Good) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website, use Conversated (our flagship product), or interact with any Humble Good service. "Humble Good," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Space3 LLC dba Humble Good.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@conversated.ai.

1. Who We Are

Humble Good is the operating company behind Conversated. Conversated is a product of Humble Good, not a separate legal entity — any agreement you enter into is with Space3 LLC dba Humble Good.
Address: 1443 Osceola Ave, St Paul, MN 55105
Note on naming: "Conversated" and "conversated.ai" are brand names we use for our product. Registration of these as formal DBAs in Minnesota is in progress and not yet complete as of this policy's last-updated date. Until that registration is finalized, the contracting and data-controlling entity is Space3 LLC dba Humble Good.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Website Analytics

When you visit a site built on our platform, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:
  • Your IP address
  • Your browser/device user agent string
  • Approximate geographic location derived from your IP address (country, city, and approximate latitude/longitude), provided by our network infrastructure provider (Cloudflare)
This is more than aggregate visit counts — it includes the underlying raw values, which we retain as part of our activity records.

2.2 Cookies

We use two first-party cookies:
conv_vid — A durable visitor identifier used to recognize a returning visitor across sessions. Stored httpOnly (not readable by page scripts). — Up to 2 years
conv_sid — A session identifier used to group activity within one visit. — Cookie is set for up to 2 years, but is functionally treated as expired after approximately 60 minutes of inactivity — after that window, a new session begins.
We do not use these cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking (see Section 6).

2.3 AI Chat Conversations

If you use the AI chat/concierge feature on a Humble Good site, we store your complete conversation transcript — every message you send, every response the AI gives, and any tool actions the AI takes as part of answering you. We do not store only a summary; the full conversation content is retained.
Important — automatic lead creation: If, during a chat conversation, you type an email address or phone number, our platform automatically creates a contact record in our CRM system and links it directly to that specific conversation. This means the exact conversation you had — including everything you typed — becomes associated with a named contact record. We're telling you this plainly because it's a meaningful way your chat activity can become identified: a conversation that starts anonymous can become linked to your identity the moment you share contact information in it.

2.4 Contact Forms

When you submit a contact form, we collect:
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Your message
Marketing communications: The checkbox to opt in to marketing communications is unchecked by default — you must actively choose to opt in. When you do, we record your consent along with your IP address and a timestamp, as proof of consent.
Submitting a contact form also links your prior anonymous browsing activity on the site (collected under Section 2.1 and 2.2) to the contact record created from your submission — so browsing history from before you identified yourself can become associated with your name once you do.

2.5 Payment Information

We use Stripe (Checkout and Elements) to process payments. Your card number and full payment details are sent directly to Stripe and never touch Humble Good's own servers. We do not store your full card number.

2.6 Scheduling

If you book a meeting through our "Get Started" page, that scheduler is provided by SavvyCal, embedded directly in the page. Information you enter to schedule a meeting is handled per SavvyCal's own privacy practices.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:
  • Operate and improve the website and Conversated platform
  • Respond to inquiries submitted through chat or contact forms
  • Send you email communications you've opted in to (see Section 5)
  • Maintain security, detect abuse, and diagnose technical issues
  • Process payments (via Stripe)
  • Fulfill scheduling requests (via SavvyCal)

4. AI and Your Data — Our Commitments

We know AI products raise particular questions about how your data is used. Here is exactly where we stand:
  • We do not train AI models on customer data today. Full stop.
  • The only exception we plan to ever offer: a customer may request that we fine-tune a model exclusively for that customer's own use, using that customer's own data, for as long as they remain a customer. This exception is not built or available today — it is a future capability we are describing accurately in advance, not something you can currently request or that is currently happening.
  • Fine-tuned models are deleted when a customer's account terminates, unless that customer asks us in advance to retain the model for a period so they can return and resume using it. A fine-tuned model built for one customer is never used for any other customer, and never used outside that customer's own use of the platform.
  • Where we use third-party AI vendors (see Section 7), we configure our vendor accounts to opt out of those vendors using our account data to train their own models.
  • We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

5. Email Communications

We use SendGrid to send email. Every marketing email we send includes:
  • A one-click unsubscribe link
  • Enforcement against an internal suppression list — once you unsubscribe, our system will not send you marketing email again
  • A required, verified sender identity and a CAN-SPAM-compliant postal address in every send — we do not allow marketing email to go out without both

6. What We Don't Do

We want to be direct about tracking technologies we deliberately do not use on our sites:
  • No Google Tag Manager
  • No VWO (or similar A/B testing/heatmap tools)
  • No Hellobar or similar popup/banner tools
  • No third-party live-chat widget (our chat is our own first-party AI concierge)
  • No Meta/Facebook Pixel
  • No Google Ads conversion tracking tags
  • No advertising pixels of any kind
Because we don't use any of these, we do not currently offer a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — we don't sell or share your data with advertisers in the first place, so there is nothing to opt out of today. If that ever changes, we will add that mechanism and update this policy before doing so.

Fonts

We use Google Fonts to display certain typefaces on our site (including Roboto Slab and IBM Plex Sans). These font files are loaded directly from Google's font-serving domains (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), which means Google receives your IP address when your browser requests those font files. This is a standard font-delivery CDN, not an advertising or tracking service — Google Fonts does not use this to serve you ads.

7. Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We rely on the following third-party service providers to operate our platform. Each processes certain data on our behalf, subject to their own privacy and security practices:
Supabase — Database and backend infrastructure
Cloudflare — Content delivery, security, hosting infrastructure
Cloudflare Workers AI — AI processing infrastructure
Stripe — Payment processing
Sentry — Error monitoring and diagnostics
SendGrid — Transactional and marketing email delivery
Anthropic — AI language model provider
OpenAI — AI language model provider
Tavily — AI-assisted web search
SavvyCal — Meeting scheduling
Google Fonts — Web font delivery
Cloudinary — Image hosting and delivery (used platform-wide)
Twilio — SMS messaging — this integration is partially built and not currently active on this site. We're disclosing it because the capability exists in our platform, but no SMS messages are sent to you today through this channel.

8. Data Ownership, Retention, and Export

Your data belongs to you. We use it only to provide you with our services — never to repurpose, sell, or share it beyond what's described in this policy.
We do not commit to a fixed, short deletion timeline for most data — we may retain it for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to support your continued use of the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We will never repurpose retained data for a use you haven't agreed to.
You can request a copy of your data. [The specific mechanism, file format, and turnaround time for data export requests is still being finalized. Contact privacy@conversated.ai to request your data in the meantime, and we will work with you directly.]

9. Deletion Requests

If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will remove or anonymize the corresponding records in our CRM system, including notes, activity history, and linked records — including data sitting in Trash and personal information inside frozen historical snapshots (such as records from a past contact merge).
This deletion process is initiated by our team on request — it is not currently a fully self-serve, automated process you can trigger yourself from an account setting.
[Whether this deletion process also removes the full text of AI chat conversation transcripts tied to a deleted contact is not yet confirmed. If you have a specific concern about chat transcript content, please tell us so at privacy@conversated.ai and we will address it directly.]
To request deletion of your personal data, contact privacy@conversated.ai.

10. International Data Transfers and GDPR/CCPA Compliance

[We are actively working on a formal Data Processing Addendum (DPA) and international data transfer terms. This section will be completed once that work is finalized. In the meantime, if you have specific questions about GDPR, CCPA, or international data transfers, contact privacy@conversated.ai.]

11. Children's Privacy

[PLACEHOLDER — age restriction and children's privacy policy not yet defined.]

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. If changes are significant, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know.
